alyson-joyce, aka aj, is a bi-racial artivist with over 20 years of experience across the creative arts and entertainment industries. she is a multidisciplinary artist who brings a unique perspective to everything she does. As a Papau New Guinean/Australian creative, aj is passionate about creating space for BIPOC voices and experiences in the arts.

through our weekly updates, we hope to connect you with the latest POC-owned events and highlight the incredible talent within our thriving community. we'll feature artists from all corners of the creative world, from dance to film, to scultping to drag, and provide a space for discussion and connection on the unique struggles and joys of being a POC artist
